A fantastic opportunity to work for a growing consultancy firm in London or Dubai!
Job description: My client is an international consultancy firm located in the City. They are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer or HR Manager (preferred) to join them as the HR Manager EMEA but focusing on Dubai & India. The role is a well rounded generalist role reporting into the Head of HR in the UK. They want somebody with strong generalist experience and who has had good exposure to comp & bens. Over the next 2 years they have an entrepreneurial growth plan that will take them to leaders in their market. You will have management responsibility of an HR Assistant and over the next 12 months they foresee an HR Officer needing to be recruited to support this role. This role can be based in London (with travel to Dubai once a month) or located in Dubai which will mean you earn tax free money!

You must be an experience HR professional ideally CIPD qualified, experience of EMEA ideally UAE/Middle East. Commercially minded, good communication skills.
